Build a simple breathing rhythm with conservative limits. The settings live in the URL, so you can return to the same timer later.

A flexible timer, kept intentionally gentle

Use this when the built-in exercises are close, but you want a slightly different rhythm. Limits stay conservative, and there are no open-ended retention holds.
