Every article is written in plain language and kept to a calm, non-medical tone. We draw on reputable public-health resources and peer-reviewed research, and we name our sources at the end of each article so you can read further.

What Breath Tempo is not

Breath Tempo is a wellness and education tool, not a medical device. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and it’s no substitute for professional care. If a practice ever feels uncomfortable, stop — and talk to a qualified professional about anything health-related.

Our sources

We draw on public, science-based resources such as the U.S. National Center for Complementary and Integrative Health, alongside peer-reviewed studies. Breathing research is still developing, so we keep the tone measured, steer clear of exaggerated claims, and update our notes as the understanding improves.
