What stays on your device

Practice stats, language and audio preferences, safety confirmations, and voice settings are kept in this browser’s local storage, on this device. There is no Breath Tempo account to upload them to, and the app does not handle payments or newsletters.

2

Contact form

If you send the contact form, Breath Tempo sends your name, email address, message, and the current page URL to a Cloudflare Worker so the message can be delivered. The form also uses Cloudflare Turnstile to reduce spam; Turnstile loads from challenges.cloudflare.com and may use cookies or similar signals to verify the browser.

3

Analytics

Breath Tempo loads the Google tag with analytics and advertising storage denied, so setup can be detected without allowing analytics cookies. Before you accept, Google may receive limited cookieless consent and technical signals, but Breath Tempo does not send a standard analytics page view. After you accept, Breath Tempo may use Vercel Analytics and Google Analytics (GA4) to understand general site usage; GA4 may then store small cookies (_ga, _ga_*) in your browser. Do Not Track or Global Privacy Control keeps analytics storage denied.

4

Technical data that analytics may include

Analytics can include page views, referrers, approximate location, device and browser type, language, interaction events, performance signals, and basic technical logs. We do not use this data to sell information, identify a medical profile, or decide anything about your health.

5

How analytics is used

These signals help us understand what pages are useful, keep the site stable and secure, improve loading performance, and make the product easier to use across phones and browsers.

6

Voice and browser features

Optional voice guidance uses your device’s built-in speech synthesis. Both voice guidance and background music run locally in your browser and depend on what your device supports.

7

Wellness, not medical care

Breath Tempo is a breathing timer and educational guide. It doesn’t diagnose, treat, or monitor medical conditions. Stop any practice that feels uncomfortable, and seek qualified help when you need it.
